What aspects of underwater pumps do we need to pay attention to in daily life?

Environmental requirements and daily maintenance precautions for submerged pumps:

（1） A submerged pump is essentially a special type of centrifugal pump, with the pump body placed in a storage tank and suitable for transporting various corrosive media, but its efficiency is not high.

（2） The suction is in a straight line direction with the axis, and the discharge outlet and pipeline are parallel to the axis, with a depth of up to 3-4 meters.

（3） The vertical motor is placed on an external bracket connected to the flange of the storage tank and the flange of the underwater pump cover.

（4） The bearings in the storage tank are sliding bearings, which rely on liquid self lubrication or external injection lubrication.

（5） The corrosion-resistant submerged pump is a single stage single suction submerged centrifugal pump, which mainly consists of pump body, pump cover, bottom plate, pump section, pump shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, coupling, bearing, support bearing, etc. It has the characteristics of stable operation, low vibration, high reliability, no space occupation, and easy operation.

（6） Submerged pumps are suitable for transporting various corrosive liquids and wastewater in petroleum, chemical, sewage treatment, steelmaking, steel rolling, papermaking, cement, and thermal power industries.

Environmental requirements for submerged pump equipment:

(1) Clean the surface and surroundings without dust, oil stains, and debris.

(2) The equipment and auxiliary pipelines shall be free from running, emitting, dripping, or leaking.

(3) The name and direction identification of the conveying medium on the pipeline are clear and accurate.

Daily maintenance of underwater pump equipment:

(1) Check for any abnormal vibrations or sounds.

(2) Check whether the pressure, flow rate, and temperature of each part are normal and keep records.

(3) Seriously implement the "five fixed" and "three level filtration" lubrication management system.

(4) Regularly check the sealing of the packing, and replace it in a timely manner if there is a leakage of the packing that exceeds the regulations.
