Installation and precautions for fluorine lined magnetic pump: 1. Prepare concrete foundation according to the foundation size and embed foundation bolts. 2. Check the pump and motor before installation. All components should be intact and there should be no debris inside the pump. 3. Place the unit on the foundation, place a pair of wedge-shaped pads between the bottom plate and the foundation, and align the liquid level of the pump with the high-speed pad. 4. The drainage pipes should have brackets and cannot be supported by pumps. The diameter of the inlet and outlet water pipes should be consistent with the diameter of the pump. When installing a fluorine lined magnetic pump, the inlet pipe should be connected first, and then the outlet pipe should be filled with liquid to correct the steering. The inlet pipe of the pump needs to be matched with the pump, and the total length should not exceed 5m.
